1. Advance booking once made cannot be cancelled. Replacement of date should be subject to optional vacant date available with us.

2. All the payments will be done on non refundable base.

3. The final invoice will be made based on the commitment of minimum pax., If the number of guests as less than committed. For the guests exceeding min. pax, per dish package rate will be applicable for those additional dishes.

4. Any decoration, flowers, stage set up is not included in the package rate.

5. In the occasion, half an hour above the committed time slot will be permitted, after that the banquet has to be vacated by the guests, for more time, per hour charges will be applicable.

6. No pets are allowed in the premises.

7. We neither keep any collection of songs or music with us nor provide any live or prerecorded music playing service in our premises.

8. Any damage to the banquet property, amenities or belongings has to be restored by you or should be paid by you.

9. We have a provision of Valet Parking, but that should be done at owner’s risk. Any precious belongings should be kept in the car.

10. For any feedback, dissatisfaction, complaint or a concern, you should contact the Manager/ Management and not directly interact with the frontline staff.  

11. Any dispute, difference of opinion or legal consequence should be a subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
